Shipping Info

For most items, factory freight and crate charges ARE included
in the prices unless otherwise indicated. If not included, please
eMail us to find out an estimated charge for the item you are
interested in. A small local deliver fee is NOT included unless the
item is drop shipped from the manufacturer. The shipping charge
for Neon signs is a flat $25, including insurance (UPS charges an
"oversized item" premium fee included in the $25). Most items
are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor via
various means and we do not mark up or otherwise add to the
handling charges. As a convenience to our local Washington DC
Metro area customers, including Northern Virginia and Southern
Maryland, we can arrange to truck Pinball Machines and Video
Games in the local area, or they can be picked up in Herndon,
Virginia to save the local delivery charge. When inquiring about
home delivery (for our local delivery area customers only) please
indicate your city/state and as much about your delivery
circumstances as possible (ie: number of interior/exterior stairs,
house level, ect) so we can provide you with an accurate
estimate. For customers desiring to pick up their pinball
machine, please note that the legs come off and the backbox
folds down to allow transport in almost any SUV or van. Machines
can be shipped anywhere in the country via commercial trucking
companies, however, at this time arrangements must be made
directly between the customer and the carrier. We will not crate
machines and we cannot assume liability for damage incurred by
trucking.
