Service
At this time we only service our own customers' machines. All
new items that carry a warranty will be handled per terms of that
warranty. USED pinball machines or USED large upright video
games come with a 90-day IN-HOME warranty for our local
customers, unless otherwise stated. Inquire to find out if your
city is included in our local service area. IN-HOME warranty
covers ALL major circuit boards and coils that affect game play,
including CPU board. However, even for those customers
OUTSIDE our service area, we will support you as much as
reasonably possible! Major circuit boards and coils are still
warranted for a period of 90 days
, provided they are returned
to us for replacement/repair. For our OUT-OF-STATE
customers, we will give you our TOLL FREE telephone
support
number to call and if we can't be reached when you
call, we will phone you back at OUR expense in the evening at
your home and try and help you diagnose the problem. Many
problems can be resolved this way and often times it may be
something as simple as a blown fuse or an adjustment. If you
are handy with electrical/mechanical devices, or have a pinball
technician in your area, or can hire an electrican, we can
provide support to help diagnose the problem or explain how to
unplug a circuit board and send it back to us for repair or
exchange if we feel a circuit board may be the cause of the
problem. Under the warranty period the repair or exchange of
the board will be at NO COST to the customer. Remember,
when working on any electrical equipment such as a pinball
machine, make sure the power cord is UNPLUGGED from the
electrical outlet. If diagnosis requires having the power on,
please refer this type of service to a qualified electrican. And,
understandedly, you assume sole responsibility for any injury,
incidental or consequential damage to people or property
caused by your servicing your machine.
